Africa’s demographic opportunity depends on learning systems that connect foundational capability with changing economic needs. Stronger collaboration among educators, employers, researchers and policymakers can improve the path from learning to productive participation.The panel identifies educator development, digital access, work-integrated learning and portable credentials as areas for further discussion. Progress should be measured through equitable learner outcomes rather than enrolment alone.
